We are familiar with many of the things that are likely to go wrong and we have found that many printer problems can be solved simply and cheaply. We may be able to solve the problem on the telephone or at least help you to diagnose the problem and give you an estimate of how much it might cost to fix. We have an extensive range of spare parts on offer and we can assist you in the techniques of removal and re-installation, should you decide to address the problem yourself.

We are happy to service any of your existing HP or Lexmark laser printers, regardless of where or when you purchased them. If you bring or send the printer to us, we will give you a free assessment of the condition of your printer and subsequently advise you on whether or not the service/repair is likely to be cost effective, given the age and condition of the printer.
